Update

This is my first post in a very long time (since Feburary 28th, to be exact). I feel as though the New Media class is going very well and so far is a sucsess. The students in the class are gaining a great experience by putting together news packages in a professional way. My team, called Team Viper, is a well oiled machine. We all work together nicely and we get the news packages completed and put together efficiently.

I've recently hyper-extended my knee, which is going to keep me out of playing in an All-Star game on sunday. Luckily, I found out that I didn't tear any ligaments in my knee, rather just sprained it.

Spring break was extremely fun for me. We went to Orlando, Florida and we were able to catch the last day of the Arnold Palmer Invitational. We managed to pay $5 to stand on someone's backlawn, which happened to be 10 feet away from the 18th green. We captured great video of Tiger Woods drilling a birdie put to win the event. Unbelievable, I will be posting the video shortly.

Later on tonight I am going to write about the All-Star game, which is being held at Babson College. Unfortunatley I will be a spectator.

Staff Interview

Here is my interview with Athletic Trainer Josh King. Josh is an extremely important person in the RWU Sports Medicine Department. Lighting was ample, as we went into an office for the interview. The trainers room is usually swamped with athletes so we closed the door which provided a quiet environment. Thanks to Josh for taking time out for the interview.

Fun With Transitions

Experimenting with transitions in my interview. I am using them to break up the questions, seems to have come out somewhat smooth. Special thanks to Lorin Richardson, who bailed me out with a last minute parking lot interview.

XBOX 360

Here is a really rough version of my XBOX 360 Show and Tell. As you can see, there are some serious lighting issues.

First Post

As I was so eloquently told, I am completely re-starting my Blog.

Looks as though I will be posting my edited video of the "Xbox360 Tutorial" as we seemed to have smoothed out the software issues.

RWU basketball program had a big week, as we defeated rival Salve Regina University and University of New England. On saturday, UNE put up a good fight, however a buzzer-beating lay-up by Senior Dan Gumb gave RWU the win. Go Hawks.
